Technical Services Administrator
Nitec Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant to join our Technical Services team. This role involves assisting with customer queries, working with suppliers, and supporting various departments within Nitec to achieve the delivery of our customer solutions. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing the best IT solutions for our customers, whilst transacting business with honesty and openness.
Note: We are looking for candidates who hold the right to work in the UK, and are already based in Northern Ireland or have confirmed plans to relocate here independently. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Whilst not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, the successful candidate should expect their days to include;
- Accepting daily deliveries and ensuring the booking in of goods to our stock system via our internal IT applications.
- Completing a daily picking list of stock items and allocating them to relevant customer projects/tickets for collection by engineers.
- Managing courier bookings for items that are to be shipped to customer locations.
- Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to achieve customer success through the delivery of their IT infrastructure needs.
- Assisting with periodic stock-taking checks.
- Assisting in the triage of incoming customer tickets and ensuring correct assignment to the relevant team.
- Answering customer queries via telephone/email in relation to logged issues or ongoing projects.
- Responding to incoming calls to our critical issue phone line and ensuring precise and detailed logging of the issues for our internal ticketing system.
- Providing reception line phone cover during break periods or team meetings as required.
- Supporting the Technical Services team with administrative tasks.
- Going above and beyond to assist Nitec staff and customers in “doing the right thing.”

Rate of Pay
- £22,308 - £24,000 per annum depending upon experience.
