Trainee Financial Controller

Working as part of Nitec’s Administration and Accounts Team and reporting to the Finance and Business Development Director, the candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of the financial management of one of Northern Ireland’s leading Information Technology companies. Duties will include preparation of monthly management accounts, detailed analysis of revenue streams, strategic financial planning and budgeting as well as supporting the Accounts Team in their month and year end procedures in preparation for external auditing.

We are therefore interested in hearing from people who ideally possess all of the following:

  • Fully or part qualified in an accountancy qualification
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A keen interest in the IT sector
  • Confidence, clarity and warmth in dealing with colleagues and customers
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
